**About NeuroNation**:
**About the Role**:
This is a **part-time to full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week)**, with the opportunity to take ownership of backend QA direction after the onboarding period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with backend developers and the product manager to create and execute **weekly sprint plans**.
- Participate in **daily stand-ups** and **sprint planning sessions**, offering insights on product quality.
- Conduct **comprehensive manual testing** on both frontend and backend components, with a primary focus on backend systems.
- Test and analyze **APIs directly**, ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the system.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues, distinguishing between **client-side and server-side problems**.
- Manage and complete testing tickets promptly within each sprint cycle.
- Proactively contribute ideas and generate new tickets to enhance product quality

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **manual QA testing**, with a strong emphasis on backend and API testing.
- Proficiency in **API testing tools** (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or similar).
- Ability to **clearly identify, document, and communicate bugs**.
- Strong analytical skills to **differentiate between frontend and backend issues**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability to work between **9:30 AM - 4:00 PM CET** on weekdays.
- Commitment to **continuous learning and improvement**.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with **payment testing**.
- Experience with **mobile app testing**.
