**The Scope**:
Are you passionate about the environment and want to make a difference?

As a Recruiter you’ll be at the heart of building FSC’s future by attracting passionate, like-minded individuals who want to protect the planet. This is an opportunity to help shape a global organization by finding talents who are passionate about FSC’s mission and align with our organizational values.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver a seamless and effective hiring process.
- Support initiatives that promote FSC as an employer of choice.
- Plan and initiate university partnerships to attract students. Collaborate on planning internship programs.

**Your profile**:

- A people-person with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting and with a degree in HR or any relevant field.
- Excited by the idea of working in a global, multicultural environment and collaborating with teams across the world.
- Fluent in English and German (at least B2 level).
- Familiar with social recruiting and sourcing tools, as well as Application Tracking Systems, ideally with Personio.
- Creative - you’re always thinking outside the box on how to attract talent in innovative ways.
- Well organized and can juggle multiple recruitment projects while keeping a positive attitude.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors and have knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices in hiring.

**The Fine Print**:
