**The Role**:
Join our dynamic R&D team as a Junior Print & Packaging Prototyping Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative packaging solutions for Next Generation Products. In this engaging and creative role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life through cutting-edge prototyping and process improvement. **Principal Accountabilities**:

- Develop and prototype packaging solutions using CAD tools and lab equipment such as 3D printers and laminators.
- Innovate and enhance processes for developing and testing packaging concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to align prototypes with branding and project goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive innovation in packaging design.
- Support the setup and maintenance of a new lab space, ensuring efficient daily operations and compliance with safety standards.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping techniques and equipment, such as 3D printers and plotters.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within international teams and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of packaging development processes, including testing and iteration.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to global teams.
