Darum geht es
- Administrative Betreuung der Azubis, Dualen Studenten, Werkstudenten, Praktikanten und Hospitanten im Team der HR-Administration
- Administrative Abwicklung und Steuerung von Personalprozessen wie z.B. vertragliche Sonderzahlungen, Schulungsmaßnahmen und Pflege des internen HR-Online-Auftritts
- Unterstützung bei anfallenden Aufgaben im HR-Back-Office wie Vertragsgestaltungen, internen Verrechnungen, Büroorganisation oder der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Übernahme der Projektverantwortung bei der Einführung von neuen digitalen HR-Tools
- Ansprechpartner für unsere hauseigene Kita - die „Medienmäuse“

- Eine Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung und erster relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Eine proaktive, positive Haltung, hohe Eigenmotivation und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Lust auf die Übernahme und Durchführung von Projekten
- Versierter Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Programmen wie. Word, Excel und Power Point
