Senior Video Producer

**The Team**:
The Video and Motion Design Team is part of the Design and Brand Office at Celonis and has been steadily growing in the last two years. The team currently consists of 10 passionate creative video professionals who report to the Head of Video and Motion Design. The team is mostly based in Munich and collaborates with diverse other creative and marketing teams on video and animation projects and acts as an in-house production house for Celonis. There are many versatile projects waiting for you in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to make a real contribution and shape the Celonis brand.

**The Role**:
You are a creative powerhouse, who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. You eat complex production schedules and ambitious timelines for breakfast. You have a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful production.

You know how to work with cinema and high end video production cameras and how to light an interview scene.

You are always up to date on the latest industry trends and like to try new things and are in general really passionate about filmmaking and producing.

Filmmaking and producing is a team sport, so we’re looking for someone who fits into our team who always puts the outcome of the project first.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Handle productions such as customer testimonials all over the world
- Capture beautiful footage at our events
- Help to further expand our internal studio
- Help to plan and set up bigger internal production
- Edit day to day projects

**The qualifications you need**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a producer / director / dop
- Proven track record of success handled productions
- Deep understanding of camera and lightning equipment
- Deep understanding of programs such as Davinci Resolve or others
- Ability to maneuver many different stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong English skill is a must, German an added bonus
