**Business Coaching Expert**

Our Business Coaching Experts are a team of coaching experts, psychologists, behavioral scientists who bring their knowledge in support of our clients looking to implement a business-driven coaching program for their employees. As a member of that team, you will work together with our Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to position Digital Business Coaching as a science-backed tool to make companies more successful. In addition, you are part of the core Business Coaching team at Speexx and contribute to our R&D developments in coaching science.

**What you will do**

The Business Coaching Expert will be responsible for helping clients understand the value of our digital coaching solutions, and for demonstrating how our products and services can help them achieve their business goals.
- You act as an expert to help our clients align their business coaching needs with their business and people strategy, analyze the expected impact and define the scope of the digital coaching program
- You work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams and act as Speexx’ specialist in digital coaching when interacting with clients and prospects. You are the go-to expert in your region on all things related to business coaching science
- You support the local and global marketing teams in building the messaging around digital coaching and present at webinars, trade shows and conferences
- You are a thought leader and explain digital coaching with use cases, research-backed analysis on behavior and performance
- You create content for a wide audience to explain the transformational aspects of digital coaching on individuals, teams and organizations. You support our communication efforts to promote digital coaching
- You are an integral part of Speexx’ R&D team in business coaching and stay on top of the global research on this topic. You share your expertise and knowledge across the company and give valuable input to support the Product team and ensure our platform remains best-in-class for a unique digital coaching experience

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 7 years' experience within a HR department or as a consultant in Talent Management, People Development, L&D
- You have a background in organizational psychology, HR, cognitive neuroscience, organizational leadership or equivalent
- You have strong public speaking skills and are used to interacting with clients
- You are proficient speaker (CEFR C2) of German and Fluent in English
- Nice to have: you are a Certified Coach, or on your way of becoming one
