**Deine Rolle in unserem Team**
- Du bist Teil eines Teams zum Aufbau und Betreuung unserer internationalen Standorte
- Die Koordinierung aller dem Projekt zugeordneten Partner und die Steuerung der Aufgabenverteilung innerhalb der Organisation wird von dir übernommen
- Du implementierst Service-Prozesse vor Ort und stellst Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Du betreust den Personalauswahlprozess zur Besetzung des lokalen Teams
- Die Kommunikation zwischen dem neuen Projekt und dem Hauptsitz in Parkstein wird von dir moderiert

**Du passt gut zu uns mit**
- abgeschlossenen, technischen Studium oder mit vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- erster Berufserfahrung, z. B. durch Berufsausbildung oder Praktika wünschenswert
- Du reist gerne und freust dich darauf internationale Standorte zu besuchen und zu betreuen
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Du begeisterst dich für Technik und analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und arbeitest gerne in einem Team im internationalen Umfeld.
