Deputy Team Leader Group and Pch Risk Control

For our Group and PCH Risk Control team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated

**Deputy Team Leader Group and PCH Risk Control (M/F/d)**

The Group and PCH Risk Control team is mainly responsible to support the Management of ProCredit Holding (PCH) in fulfilling its
task of ensuring that an appropriate and effective risk management is in place in all group institutions. Group and PCH Risk Control
is together with the Head of the Risk Control Function (“Leitung der Risikocontrolling-Funktion”) and the other group risk teams
responsible for the independent monitoring and communication of risks the ProCredit Group and PCH are exposed to. In addition, Group
and PCH Risk Control assumes responsibility for maintaining adequate processes for identifying, assessing, treating, monitoring and
communicating the risks PCH is exposed to.

**Your role in our team**:
As a Deputy Team Leader (M/F/d) you are supporting the Team Leader (M/F/d) in all responsibilities, which is mainly the staff responsi
- bility as well as to ensure that the team performs the following tasks:

- Support senior management in all matters surrounding risk policies, the group risk strategy and the design of a system to mitigate

risks
- Coordination of relevant topics across risks as the preparation of the risk inventory, model inventory, the concentration analysis or

stress tests
- Further development of the process and all related topics to ensure internal capital adequacy in the economic perspective of the

ProCredit group
- Perform at least quarterly calculations on the internal capital adequacy in the economic perspective of the group, document the

internal capital adequacy in the economic perspective of the group and control the internal capital adequacy in the economic
perspective of the ProCredit banks
- Perform Independent plausibility check of capital planning in the normative perspective
- Coordinate the preparation of the monthly and quarterly group risk report as well as the quarterly stress test report
- Support senior management in ensuring that ESG risks are an integral part of the group risk management framework.
- Support senior management in the establishment and further development of processes for identifying, assessing, treating,
- monitoring and communicating risks in the ProCredit group- Preparation of annual capital plan including adverse scenarios in coordination with Supervisory Reporting and Capital Planning and
- Reporting and Controlling- Responsibility for requirements with regards to the group’s business risk (if any)
- Ongoing monitoring of the group’s risk situation incl. economic perspective as well as compliance with established risk limits
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of the yearly disclosure report for the group (joint with Supervisory Reporting and Capital
- Planning)- Prepare ICAAP reporting as requested by FinaRisikoV (joint with Supervisory Reporting and Capital Planning)
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation and updates of the group recovery plan (recovery plan coordinator) and related queries
- (i.a. input for resolution plan)- Support senior management in addressing requests from regulators on various risk related topics
- Perform ongoing monitoring (and reporting) of PCH’s risk situation as well as compliance with established risk limits with regards to

counterparty and issuer risk, country risk, liquidity risk, FX risk, including daily monitoring of counterparty limit usage and treasury
transactions
- Perform regular tasks as risk assessments of potential funding received by PCH or covenant forecasts
- Generate PCH ALCO report on a weekly basis and the PCH Risk Report on a monthly basis
- Review the PCH Risk Management Policy at least once a year as well as all other relevant documents
- Support treasury and GFRM in maintaining the liquidity contingency plan for PCH
- Oversee processes to ensure that information which is important from a risk point of view is communicated immediately to senior
- management, the responsible members of staff and, where appropriate, the internal auditing function- The team leader Group and PCH Risk Control is responsible for documentation of the processes performed by him/her
- Updating all relevant Group and PCH Risk Control documentation - e.g. concept papers, policies, standards etc.
- Participation as a voting member in GRMC, ESGRC, Group Compliance and Model Committee and, as a non-voting member in
- Group ALCO- Secretary to GRMC and Model Committee
- Supporting risk managers of the ProCredit bank
