**What you'll do**
Our main objective is to enable T&I by assisting in the development and execution of topics related to people & culture in the board area. This includes supporting and executing project deliverables from initiation to delivery, while working in close partnership with business leaders, Human Resources, communication leads, and development teams. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Support the execution of the T&I People Agenda in close collaboration with T&I HR and keep the T&I People Agenda SharePoint up to date
- Assist with organizing and running the monthly T&I Expert Roundtable, a virtual one-hour session for all T&I experts with Juergen Mueller, Executive Board Member of T&I.
- Support the monthly global Job Fair Tuesday initiative with technical support and session facilitation
- Collect and monitor feedback and assist with conducting internal focus interviews for people & culture initiatives (e.g. inclusive mindset challenge)
- Experience how to work in a hybrid model (on site / virtual) in an international environment with globally distributed teams
- Have the chance to learn a lot - ranging from (but not limited to) project management, engineering practices, emotional intelligence and (team) culture
- Have fun and be part of a great team

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business or organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, business informatics
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, being able to handle challenging and sensitive situations, emotionally and socially intelligent, a high degree of self-reliance and a strong sense of urgency
- And: An earnest interest in people and their various perspectives

The Technology & Innovation (T&I) Board Area is responsible for SAP’s overall platform and technology development - the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). It is also in charge of SAP’s global innovation agenda and builds new business model and market-driven innovations. The T&I vision is to
provide the technologies and innovations to help the world run better and improve people’s lives. To achieve this, the T&I mission is to enable customers to turn their data into business value with the SAP BTP.
As a T&I People Initiatives Working Student, you are part of the highly motivated T&I People Initiatives team within T&I COO / T&I People & Strategic Programs.
