For the GEODIS EUROPE Region in Hamburg/Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a:
Regional Tender & Implementation Working Student (M/F/x)

Tasks
- Supports the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project
- Maintains project documents (action tracker, status update reports, etc.)
- Attends internal meetings including preparation and follow-up
- Performs different analysis related to volume data and providing analytical support for pricing
- Supports during the development of automated tender pricing tool
- Optimizes the solution at every stage of the process
- Identifies and implements continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases
- Helps during training on tender & implementation matters to countries

**Requirements**:

- Currently studies logistics / business administration or an equivalent discipline
- First knowledge of Supply Chain Management is beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical thinking incl. the ability to collect and analyse relevant information
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Open mindedness to work in and with an international team
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
