Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is the Mobility and Financial Services provider of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars and Vans. Our ambition is to contribute to the luxury experience of Mercedes-Benz and how customers are approached in all phases of the leasing and financing journey.

The Digital Contracting department strives to provide every customer with a luxurious and effortless financing and leasing experience. We are responsible for designing and implementing a seamlessly integrated contracting process for our customers. We use digital tools for delighting our customers during the customer journey for online and offline sales channels.

We are looking for an innovative and agile colleague to assist the transition to a fully digitized customer journey. Your tasks will include supporting the internal and external communication of the department’s achievements, developing reporting tools for agile project management and assisting strategic digitization projects.

**Your tasks will be:
- Developing internal communication channels
- Enhancing tools for internal and external collaboration
- Assist data collection and assessment to improve agile project management methods
- Preparing presentations and workshop materials to support strategic digitization projects
- Assist agile project management ceremonies
- Assist documentation efforts of digitization projects

**Qualifikationen**:

- English proficiency - spoken & written, as team and project language is English
- Proficiency with MS-Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- You are a team player that enjoys working with colleagues from different backgrounds
- You are pro-activeness and willing to take ownership for tasks
- You are creative, curious and desire to learn something new
- Previous internship or working student experience in a relevant field
- Experience with image and video editing would be a plus
