Working Student: Business Process Management

**Focus on the future**: You work within test technology business process management activities
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**: You support with arranging meetings with process responsible roles, experts and coaches
- **Reliable work**: You create business process models and process knowledge, coordinate and support publishing
- **Holistic overview**: You work on process tooling, reporting and analysis
- **Focus on the future**: You establish infrastructure for continuous improvement (e.g. Lessons Learned database, JIRA issue tracking)
- **Take responsibility**: You are responsible for the communication and roll-out to relevant stakeholder groups
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Management or similar
- **Personality**: You are a passionate and motivated team player with good communication and analytical skills
- **Way of working**: You work pro-actively with the ability to self-organize and structure work
- **Skills**: You possess very good knowledge of MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. As a plus, you have good programming skills e.g. VBA
- **Language skills**: You have good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
