**Responsibilities**:

- Support for the HSE manager and plant management in Norderstedt
- Processing and supporting the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions
- Accident investigations inspections
- Training and instruction
- Development and follow-up of measures

Qualifications:

- Master craftsman or technician or degree in technology or natural sciences
- Further training as an occupational safety specialist
- At least two years of professional experience
- Experience in explosion protection and chemical industry an advantage
- Good handling of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English
- Independent way of working; self-confident and empathetic; quick comprehension; dynamic with own ideas; structured and solution-orientated
