**About the role**
As a **Quality Assurance Lead**, you will:
- Coach and guide project teams on development processes and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams throughout project execution to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor development programs across all Fioneer divisions, ensuring transparency in delivery plans and supporting management reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP Fioneer’s product development processes, tools, and controls.
In this role, you will be part of the Engineering Excellence department within SAP Fioneer’s CTO Organization, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and consistently exceed customer expectations.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within the software industry.
- Proven track record of managing testing activities across diverse, international teams.
- Extensive expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and agile methodologies.
- C2-level English proficiency is essential; intermediate German is a plus.
