Für den Bereich Accounting suchen wir einen Accounts Payable Administrator (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg, dessen Engagement und Sorgfalt die Basis dafür sind, dass wir selbst höchste Anforderungen von Kunden erfüllen können.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Auslesen, Prüfen und Ergänzen von Rechnungsdaten in dem Eingangsrechnungsbearbeitungssystem
- Sachkontierung von Eingangsrechnungen /-gutschriften
- Kreditorenkontenpflege insbesondere Leasing, Miete und KFZ-Steuerbescheide
- Buchung von Dauerbuchungsbelegen
- Durchführung von Kreditoren-Zahlläufen im Buchhaltungsprogramm
- Durchführung von Sachkontenbuchungen im Bereich Auslagen Human Resources sowie Abstimmung von Bilanzkonten im Bereich Human Resources
- Archivierung von Buchhaltungsdokumenten
IHR KÖNNEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Routinierter Umgang den Office-Anwendungen sowie Flexibilität bei der Anwendung verschiedener IT-Systeme
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
