Pet Printed ist Europas führender Online-Shop für personalisierte Geschenkartikel für Haustierliebhaber. Unser Ziel ist es, europaweit weiter zu wachsen und unsere Marke in neuen Märkten erfolgreich zu etablieren. Dafür suchen wir einen **Head of Growth**, der die Expansion in weitere europäische Länder maßgeblich vorantreibt.
In dieser Rolle leitest du die Expansion strategisch und operativ und bringst nicht nur E-Commerce-Erfahrung, sondern auch Managementkompetenz mit. Du steuerst ein Team von internen und externen Stakeholdern, koordinierst alle Schritte für Shop-Launches und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte reibungslos und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Der Erfolg deiner Position wird daran gemessen, wie viele Shops innerhalb eines Jahres strukturiert online gehen und welcher Gesamtumsatz dadurch erzielt wird.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im Bereich Print-on-Demand oder internationaler Expansion.
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und im Stakeholder-Management.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten, insbesondere bei internationalen Markterschließungen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Marketing-Tools, Plattformen und Shop-Systemen (z. B. Shopify).
- Stark ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Eigenverantwortung.
- Kommunikationsstärke und verhandlungssicheres Englisch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
