Product Owner Online Direct Sales Integration

We urgently need reinforcements in our Digital Sales Platform (DSP) team. We are internally developing a digital eCommerce platform that meets today's requirements of an online marketplace and supports the customer journey - from vehicle selection to activation and support of financial contracts (e.g. leasing, financing or rent). We want to implement different services for the various modules such as customer data collection, identification, online credit check, eSignature and eContracting as well as contract activation and seamless handover in the after-sales processes. We are integrated into the process and system landscape of Mercedes-Benz and operate worldwide. A professional customer experience and the creation of a globally creative system landscape are our focus. That's why we need your support to be able to develop the individual modules efficiently and with high quality internally.

**These challenges await you:
- As the Product Owner you are the primary responsible for the vision, management and delivery of the digital product
- Deliver Digital Products to the organization that are customer focused, delivers on business and markets requirements and contribute towards optimized customer and business value
- Developing Digital products that are scalable with the least amount of effort and able to integrate with Mercedes-Benz and non Mercedes-Benz systems - focus on product configuration rather than coding
- Engaging with UIUX designers and end-users to understand the needs and requirements for product UX and functional design
- Prioritising and managing the overall product backlog, ensuring the backlog drives customer value and focus in accordance with the Organizations Digital Strategy
- Coordination of project scope, budget and time expenditure
- Assuming responsibility for each phase of the development process and for the end product
- Ensuring user stories are detailed and accurate, prioritizing and refining the backlog with a CORE structure in mind, and ensuring Sprints are run with the Team effectively and efficiently

This particular position will be joining the Online Direct Sales Team as Product Owner.**Qualifikationen**:
**What you bring to the table:
- Proven Product Owner/Scrum Master track record of successfully implementing Digital systems
- Proven competency in stakeholder management and top leadership communication in market, region and HQ
- Proven end-to-end understanding of automotive/finance processes, systems and technologies in Sales, Credit and/or Contract Operations
- Minimum of 3 years business process, digitization, and process optimization experience
- Certified Product Owner with at least 3 x years of multi market Product Owner experience
- Proven digital project management experience with the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proven track record of working with third party vendors & suppliers, e.g., in managing and coordinating them effectively
- In-depth understanding how to digitize and optimize processes
- Diploma / Degree in business, marketing or sales preferential
- Good spoken and written English
- A tackling, pragmatic approach combined with founders and start-up mentality
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive or financial services industry
