We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Design Systems team within our platform-focused group. The Product Lead for Design Systems works with Product and Engineering teams across Wolt to identify areas of improvement in our current design systems and define high-impact initiatives and requirements that will enable our product teams to deliver an exceptional experience to their end users. As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented engineers, designers, product people, and analysts in a high-visibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders in Design, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as understanding our end-users better than anyone. **Qualifications** You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but ideally, you have - Proven experience as a Product Lead / Product Manager, preferably with a development background or experience with design systems - Experience working with platform products or complex technical systems - you understand what it takes to build an amazing platform that will be used by internal teams and users - An eye for what a great user experience looks like in a product - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment at senior levels in the organization - A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding and business savvy with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO" **Additional Information** The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs.
