(Senior) Specialist Lead Generation, Europe

Delivery Hero is looking for an Insight (Senior) Specialist Lead Generation, Europe (f/m/d) to lead the lead generation process of our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

**Your mission**:

- Support Commercial Manager in designing, building, and executing mid and long-term strategies for all EU countries & ad-hoc projects
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to manage and refine business operations processes including pipeline management, performance management, and reporting
- Translate research findings into actionable research recommendations
- Support business decisions by defining, visualizing, and interpreting impactful KPIs
- Proactively analyze business processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and increased productivity

**Your heroic skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in business analysis/data analytics / business intelligence / consulting roles in e-commerce or tech
- You are Data-driven & analytical: you can work with data to identify business insights and then translate them into action
- You are comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite
- You have strong skills in data retrieval (e.g. SQL, R, or Python) and a good grasp of statistics
- You have a pragmatic approach and know when a topic requires 100% and when 20% is sufficient
- You are Collaborative & influential: you can work with multiple stakeholders to influence them on a winning strategy that accomplishes a shared goal
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. (German not required)
- Experience with complex analytics and statistical/machine learning techniques using R/Python is a plus
- Experience building automated analytical processes and functionality is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or DataStudio is a plus
