Now our client, an internationally operating chemical companies seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a

**Receptionist (M/F/d)**:

- dispatch employee
- contract is limited to 3 months initially, comes with prospects for a permanent position

**Your responsibilities**:

- reception of guests
- telephone reception, direct phone calls and answer inquiries
- manage incoming and outgoing mail
- support planning and preparation of meetings
- procurement and maintenance of office equipment
- coordinate business trips and manage travel expenses
- calendar management incl. attendance list
- ensure smooth work processes through documentation, communication, organization and intervention if necessary
- responsible for company cars, fleet management
- other administrative tasks on call

**Your profile**:

- completed commercial training in hotel / restaurant business or a comparable qualification
- relevant working experience is an asset
- business fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Japanese language skills are an asset but not mandatory
- computer literate
- driver’s license
- good oral and written communication skills
- team-player
- reliable working methods
