**ELEMENT** is looking for a technical and enthusiastic **Product Owner (M/F/div)** to take on our challenges in the Product team. You’ll be influencing the overall product strategy and working to improve our new business facing insurance platform, delivering results frequently and iteratively. You’ll be working in a data-driven environment, where you can help to shape our roadmap and drive your own initiatives.
To support our continued growth and momentum, we’re looking for you to join our team that is responsible for our financial domains such as Accounting, Reinsurance and Commissions.

**What will keep you challenged?**
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle and creating requirements for financial domain
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for financial domain
- Analyze and lead the planning and prioritization of feature requests of Business and Partners into a product roadmap with stakeholders
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and develop user stories and define acceptance criteria (wireframes, flowcharts)
- Work closely with our Product Managers and UX designers to create and maintain a product backlog according to initiatives, business value, and/or ROI
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and new trends
- Research and analyze the market, the users and follow our competitors and industry trends, especially in the areas of Accounting, Reinsurance and Commissions

**What will make you succeed?**
- Work experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager/Business Analyst or similar role for 5+ years, ideally in fast-paced technology companies
- Work experience in financial domain in B2B environment for at least 3 years
- Work experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of insurance value chain processes is beneficial
- Experience with agile processes and principles and a technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Knowledge and understanding of different type of data interfaces: APIs (JSON, SOAP, XML), databases, files (CSV, batch)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to structure complex topics, find real challenges and break them down into smaller solutions
- Data-driven and capable of deriving insights that impact business success with good organizational skills and time management skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and bring good communication skills, fluency in English and German
