**What you'll do**
In this position you will be responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of German employee´s data using the SAP HR software which is key for other company processes.
Below, please see some examples of the daily tasks:
- Contractual variations (employment contracts and other employment documents)
- Personal data changes
- Update all documents necessary for the processing of personnel administration for above processes based on required changes
- Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in organization data processing
- Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers.
- Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that require learning.
- Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
- Note: concrete list of tasks is agreed individually during onboarding.
**What you bring**
- Currently enrolled in university in a relevant degree program such as Human Resource, Business Administration or similar
- No previous experience is required for this position
- Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office is a benefit
- Language skills: fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Team player, open to new challenges, willing to learn new things
- You are able to come to the office in Walldorf on a regular basis (at least 2 times a week)
