**Your mission**:
At Selfapy it is our mission to make professional psychological care available to anyone at any time. In collaboration with university professors and psychotherapists, we developed online courses to help people fight their depression, anxiety and stress.

We offer immediate, scientifically sound psychological help to our users, free of charge on prescription. As a certified medical product, we were already able to help over 40.000 users.

**Your role in a nutshell**
- You will create innovative product concepts to continuously improve the product and ensure product - market fit
- You will steer and coordinate the development teams efforts to align with the product roadmap and company initiatives
- You will manage the product backlog to prioritise and plan the implementation of product requirements
- You will prepare and host the typical product development ceremonies (planning, refinement and daily’s)
- You will continuously continuously look for ways to refine the way the team works together
- You will document all product changes according to our processes
- You will be responsible for project management tasks throughout the product development lifecycle

**Your profile**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration, healthcare management or have equivalent practical experience
- You can impress us with profound experience in agile project management as Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in working with medical products
- You have a passion for organising, structuring and planning work with time sensitive deadlines
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong analytical skills
- You are a skilled communicator and can work with many stakeholders successfully
- You are a team player and enjoy collaborative work
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (C1) and have a good ability to understand and speak German (B2)
