**Division Operations Controller (f/m/d)**

You will be responsible for all controlling-related tasks in the interface to production and work closely with the Operations department. As a controlling expert, you will guide your business partners through all financial processes and be the central contact person for financial issues.

**Your area of responsibility**:

- You analyse the business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in your division and create transparency for the Head of Operations
- Acting as a business partner for the Head of Operations of the division you support him in his responsibility for all Division plants
- You continuously challenge results and initiate improvement measures within your area of responsibility in close coordination with your business partners
- You are responsible for all relevant standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting and monthly financial statements and prepare the results for the Head of Operations
- You work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and you are responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division
- In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations

**What we look for**:

- Successfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
- Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working
- Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills
- Very good English and German language skills
