Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner, einen mehrfach ausgezeichneten Anbieter „grüner“ Energieprodukte, suchen wir einen Expert Robotic Process Automation (m/w/d) für den Standort Neu-Isenburg
Als Business Owner bist du hauptverantwortlich bei der Optimierung und Automatiserung von wesentlichen Geschäftsprozessen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner Customer Service Excellence zusammen und startest mit Pilotprojekten im Customer Service, um dann die Prozessautomatisierung in weiteren Geschäftsbereichen in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe zu etablieren.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du leitest RPA-Projekte und bist verantwortlich für die Prozessgestaltung & -automatisierung der Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Customer Service Excellence von der Analyse über Bewertung bis zum (Re-) Design
- Du sorgst für die Entwicklung von automatisierten Unternehmensprozessen (Software-Robotern) sowie für die Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
- Du implementierst gemeinsam mit externe Dienstleistern neue Anwendungen und Automatisierungstools und hast dabei freie Hand bei der Auswahl (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere oder vergleichbares)
- Du koordinierst und steuerst externe Dienstleister und sorgst perspektivisch für die Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung in weiteren Geschäftsbereichen und für die Ausbildung weiterer interner Automatisierungs-Experten
- Du sorgst für die Koordination und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Trainings

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Bereich Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung sowie in der Entwicklung von Software-Robotern
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in der Anwendungen und Implementierung von RPA-Tools, wie UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäfts
- und IT-Prozesse und weißt zwischen Dienstleistern und Fachbereich zu vermitteln
- Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe von komplexen Sachverhalten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
