Unser Werk in Neckarbischofsheim entwickelt und fertigt derzeit mit ca. 140 Mitarbeiter*innen Präzisionsquarze und Quarzoszillatoren, die in der Telekommunikation, der Prüf
- und Messtechnik, der Medizintechnik und in Radarsystemen eingesetzt werden.

Aufgaben:

- Bedienung, Einrichtung und Wartung vom SMD - Bestückungslinien
- Erstellen von Programmen, sowie deren Anpassung an die Maschine
- Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse und Liefertermine
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
- Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Qualifizierung von Prototypen, 0-Serien, Serienanlauf sowie Änderungen in der Serienfertigung

Our facility in Neckarbischofsheim develops and manufactures with 140 employees precision quartz crystals and crystal oscillators which are used in telecommunication, test & measurement, medical and radar systems.

Reporting to the Manger Crystal Manufacturing you will be part of the Crystal Production team as Operator SMD-Assembly.
- Operation, setup and maintenance of SMD placement lines
- Creation of programs, as well as their adaptation to the machine
- Monitoring of production processes and delivery dates
- Participation in the optimization of the production processes
- Compliance with quality specifications
- Participation in the qualification of prototypes, 0-series, series start-up as well as changes in series production

Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich maschineller Bestückung und SMD - Technik
- berufliche Qualifikation als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme, Industrieelektroniker, Elektrotechniker, Radio
- und Fernsehtechniker, o.ä.
- Vertraut mit der Handhabung von ERP Systemen
- qualitätsbewusst und zielstrebig
- verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln

- Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
- Several years of professional experience as well as profound knowledge in the field of mechanical assembly and SMD - technology
