**Your responsibilities**:

- Portfolio oversight: Manage portfolio valuation models, including leading the interaction with external parties for updates and audits.
- Reporting: Be responsible for regular reporting to top Pelion shareholders and external parties.
- Transactions management: Identify and negotiate external financings, including term sheets and contracts, and help execute complex transactions together with the Pelion leadership team.
- Cashflow Management: Develop, manage, and improve cash flow models and drive cash management processes and initiatives, acting as intermediary between the Finance & Accounting and Investment team.
- Expertise & Investment opportunities: Identify improvement potentials for investment management and challenge investment managers and Pelion’s leadership team based on data-driven insights.

**Your profile**:

- University degree with an outstanding academic track record, preferably in
Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Energy Market Consulting, or at a Lender / an Advisor
- Very strong analytical & quantitative skills
- Outstanding proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in using advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Very good proficiency in English, additional languages preferable
