ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible GmbH, based in Berlin, is looking for an enthusiastic working student - Facilities and Workplace Operations (M/F/x) who will support us in organizing everyday office life and ensure smooth processes. In this role you will help Audible be a great place to work by assisting our back office and facilities team with repair work, ensuring all meeting rooms are stocked with office supplies, assisting staff with minor IT hardware and facilities services, ensuring the completeness of all office supplies needed for work and much more. You will do well in this role if you enjoy being solution oriented and take pride in delivering accurate results and you are reliable and have an independent work ethic.

As a Working Student in Workplace Operations, you will...
- Support our Workplace Operation Team in all facilities services offered to Audible employees on a daily basis and ensure smooth processes in the office within your area of responsibility.
- Support front-desk team with escorting vendors and contractors.
- Take care of minor repair work and IT helpdesk tasks.
- Perform regular office checks including meeting room technology testing and setting up workspaces.

Basic Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Experience.
- Excellent level of German and English both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications
- Great attitude, warm, welcoming and approachable.
- Roll up your sleeves mentality, a can-do-attitude and try different things with mínimal direction. Results oriented with a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous, fluid situations.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proven ability to work with a variety of people.
- Previous work experience in a back office/facility role.
- Knowledge of using ticketing systems (JIRA).

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week.
- Compensated with €14 per hour.
- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member.
