We are looking for a driven **Business Development Associate (f/m/d)**

Step into the dynamic world of biotech innovation. Your role is integral to harmonizing our cutting-edge DNA Origami biochip technology with practical market and financial realities, shaping the direction of our R&D efforts. This involves understanding the implications of our DNA Origami biochip technology in the broader context of current scientific breakthroughs and market demands. Your expertise will ensure that our R&D efforts are not just scientifically advanced but also economically viable and strategically aligned with market needs.

**What you will do**:

- Identify and assess Go-to-market strategies for potential new solutions and their influence on Nanogami R&D roadmap planning(e.g., partnership vs. independent development, distributor vs. individual sales) and work closely with our research team by communicating and discussing these insights
- Develop a strong understanding of the current technology landscape, its capabilities, trends, players and driving factors and existing solutions
- Help develop our research strategy and create and maintain connections that help us reach our objectives

**Requirements**:

- Good Understanding of the NGS & Proteomic market (and their companies)
- Experience in technical evaluation and market analysis within the biotech sector and within R&D
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial information into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of R&D processes and experience in strategic planning for technology products.
- Strong long term strategic thinking mindset
- Clear and concise communication, fluent in English

Preferred
- Experience in Partnership, Business or Venture Development, working with a life science R&D company
- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and strategic alliances.
