The Early Career Training team is looking for dedicated Pilot Training Specialists to join our team as a **Senior Training Systems Integrator (f/m/d)**. This position will be responsible for managing a team designing competency-based training for early career Cadets in the EASA ab-initio space to develop future proficient pilots.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Identify and document training requirements as part of broader learning analysis
- Analyze training requirements to write learning objectives, outline, and training syllabus
- Design training course outlines, storyboards for early pilot career training
- Develop ICAO, EASA ATPL/100 KSA, FAA Part 141 training materials
- Validation of solutions as an early career SME, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of activities
- Write and publish training materials and supporting documentation adhering to standard, processes, and branding guidelines
- Review comments and collaborate with team to reconcile conflicting inputs
- Coordinate stakeholder review of materials
- Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes
- Provide detailed project overviews and status updates for senior leadership and customers
- Work with project manager to develop schedule and ensure team is meeting schedule deadlines
- Perform quality reviews for the completeness, compliance and accuracy of content

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience)**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a Pilot/Instructor with EASA APTL or Part 141
- 3+ years of experience developing Pilot Training material
- 3+ years of experience working with Instructional System Design methodologies
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Degree in Aviation, Technical Education, Instructional Design or similar
- Experience designing and creating training materials
