**What do you bring with you?**
- Completed commercial training or studies or comparable
- At least 1 year of professional experience in recruiting
- Experience and passion in/for recruiting
- Up-to-date regarding active sourcing, networking, social media recruiting, employer branding, etc.
- Open, convincing and empathic personality who can win new employees for us
- Independent, ambitious and structured way of working
- Business fluent in German, as well as very good English skills
**What tasks can you expect?
- Main responsibility for the entire recruiting of the international group of companies (in English and German) as well as the recruiting strategies etc.
- Recruiting/staffing via various channels e.g. job postings, active sourcing, networking, social media recruiting
- Responsible for our employer branding in cooperation with the marketing team
- Interest in working and learning generalist in HR beyond recruiting
- Hands-on mentality, flexibility and support in all HR tasks and projects
