**Job Title**: Security Guard Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage all security operations, including static access control, perimeter monitoring, and response to emergencies, ensuring compliance with U.S. military and host nation regulations.
- Supervise security personnel, conducting regular inspections and ensuring team readiness to perform their assigned duties.
- addressing any operational issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and enforce key control procedures and ensure secure handling of all access-related equipment and documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for all security team members to maintain proficiency in security protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- U.S. citizenship with an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. military and host nation security regulations.
- Proficiency in English with clear communication skills to effectively manage operations and emergency response.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with security supervision, including patrolling and rapid response to incidents.
