Your tasks
We are looking for an intern (M/F/divers) starting September 2025 to become part of an Innovation Team in the field of Quality Management Operations at the Babenhausen location.
Your Tasks include:
- Organization and Delivery of Trainings: Support in planning, setting up, and conducting trainings for Q-experts on Structured Problem Solving (SPS) and AI adoption formats for Quality and Operations
- Support for problem-solving case management
- Setup and maintenance of Office365 community environments, such as in SharePoint and Teams
- Support of the quality strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure quality standards in operations
- Preparation of decision templates: Prepare and compile decision-making documents for the Business Area management
- Presentation creation: Assist in the creation and design of presentations for various stakeholders
**Profile**:
- Students (M/F/d) in the field of (industrial) engineering, IT, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on production or quality management
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with AI tools for various use cases, from text generation to, for example, creating VBA scripts for Excel automation
- Experience or curiosity in working with Office365-embedded structures
- Very good English skills (written and spoken) required and German language skills are helpful
- Independent and reliable working style. Proactive engagement in own areas of responsibility and actively proposing ideas are highly encouraged
