For PIC: Working in Compliance also means to give advisory to other teams and support on implementation of group and legal requirements and finding solutions, which fits from a regulatory and a business view with managing to mitigate any risk. **The working environment is important** Consors Finanz with different locations is responsible for consumer credits and credit cards for the BNPP group in Germany and Austria. The Compliance PF team is responsible to ensure the regulations are adherenced. The Team is divided in two main parts: Protect Interest of Clients and Financial Security with two locations: Munich, Duisburg. The interaction between the teams is handled online with personal exchange 4-times a year due to workshops. In the different cities/ teams, an office presence of min. 2 days a week is requested. Therefore, this person works really close with the different Team heads (PIC, AML, KYx and sanctions). The VIE will report directly to the Head of Financial Security and Head of PIC. You have a solid Compliance knowledge and you have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) in this field, ideally in Financial Security and/or Client Interest Protection. You speak advanced English and German, French is a plus. You have a very good command of MS Office (Excel) and of Compliance & Risk tools. You demonstrate adaptability and team spirit. Your organisation, your communication skills and your ability to develop and adapt a process will be assets to progress on this mission.
