Our working student supports the Corporate Quality Team on various development and improvement initiatives, with particular focus and oversight of business process management, internal and external audits, change management. As a member of Business Operations & Transformation Global organization, you directly support the development of new processes and documentation across functional teams, help to establish a quality oriented mindset, support maintenance of digital platforms using SharePoint, participate in global and regional improvement projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work with Functional teams to create and update business process landscape and documentation, help to define and evaluate KPIs, support of Process interface management
- Analyze processes in order to identify process gaps and improvement potentials
- Analyze trends and track KPIs to demonstrate business process performance and identify and build action plans for improvement.
- Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
- Assist in developing Quality management business tools
- Support the development of a new and user friendly SharePoint platforms (sites, lists, libraries).
- Create presentations, reports, analytical summaries for different purposes like Lessons Learned Workshops, Risk management interviews, internal auditors trainings
- Provide technical support for process owners (process management using MS Visio)
- Support development of project-related Quality and HSE documentation

**Your Qualifications**:

- You are a Bachelor or Master student, preferably with a business background
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with diverse internal and external teams worldwide
- You have self-initiative and work with mínimal supervision while being a collaborative team player
- You are curious about data analysis, business analytics architecture and you are eager to explore new things
- You have mastered an effective time management to organize and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Great level of knowledge: Excel (charts, diagrams, statistical analysis), PowerPoint, Visio (swimlanes, process mapping, workflows), SharePoint (libraries, lists, sites build-up)
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills, additional languages or international work experience are a plus
- Most important: You have a positive attitude, are a quick and highly motivated learner, and have the desire to make the world a better place through continuous improvement
