**YOUR MISSIONS**
As part of an international purchasing team, you will play an active role in creating and implementing a purchasing strategy for electric batteries:
- You will study the requirements (batteries, components, production equipment/tools, etc.) of the projects in which you are involved
- You develop a worldwide panel of suppliers for the “electric battery” commodity
- You ensure, with the help of the legal team, the validity of all signed contractual and warranty documents
- You ensure, with the help of the development team and commodity buyers, that you buy at the right price
- You ensure, with the help of the logistics teams, that suppliers meet delivery deadlines
- You ensure, with the help of the quality teams, the quality of products received
- You make suggestions to reduce costs and protect supply flows
**YOUR PROFILE**
- 2 to 5 years' higher education in purchasing, electrical engineering, electronics engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years' successful experience in the purchasing of electric batteries (all industries) or in the purchasing of electrical/electronic products (in the automotive industry)
- Fluency in English
- German is a plus, but not compulsory
