In the role as Junior Associate (COO Office) you will work in and for the COO department. You are spearheading the development of an information hub to improve information exchange, efficiency and productivity.

In this role you will
- Help build the COO Office into a powerhouse of information, documentation, and exchange, e.g. by organising Country Head Exchanges, creating newsletters, and helping projects with accessing the right information
- Streamline transparency and reporting by working together with central Finance and the Strategy Office
- Prioritise the need for new structures and processes together with the respective internal customers
- Bring in your own ideas on how to help make wefox scale even better and faster

**What you bring**:

- You are a problem solver and have a basic sense of business
- You are proactive, able to organise yourself, and analytical
- You are not intimidated by talking to all hierarchy levels: from C-Level to Subject Matter Experts
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
