As one of our
**Product Owners**, you will be part of the YAS.life product team and act as the champion of customer obsession. The team focuses on bringing innovative features to the core platform and developing new mobile solutions for our B2B customers. You will take direct responsibility for developing and launching new B2B mobile products and supporting our further rapid growth within the DACH region and beyond.

**Within this role your daily tasks include**:

- Take full responsibility for our mobile solutions and the product roadmap from day one by directly being involved in the definition and implementation of our product strategies.
- Together with your colleagues from the product, technology, and design departments, you define the project scope by actively monitoring and using the product-related data to guarantee the success of the products.
- Put our customers and users first by working closely with them to determine their needs and problems and manage external and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and accurate planning.
- You support and independently develop innovative and pragmatic solutions for complex issues in coordination with the business development, IT, and product team.

**Your Profile**:

- You show 3+ years of experience with digital products and worked 3+ years as a product owner for mobile apps or as an IT/software product manage or as a product manager for mobile apps in agile companies.
- You are detail-oriented, think systematically and can structure information and feedback from our B2C & B2B customers clearly and concisely.
- You have a technical understanding of how internal and external requirements can be best translated into tickets, built, and delivered.
- You are experienced in agile methodologies, writing user stories, managing the backlog.
- You are a strong team player with a “win together” and growth mindset while being open to demanding challenges and ready to take responsibility with a lot of commitment.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, your german skills are a plus.
- You have an interest in our core business of digital health and insurtech topics and a keen interest in the topics of our mobile apps.
