WHAT WE OFFER
- The Technical Site Management (TSM) of NRW is responsible for all three sites in NRW (Dormagen, Leverkusen, Uerdingen). The TSM organization ensures that the maintenance work for the plants is done with high effectiveness and high efficiency. Besides that the TSM organization takes over the planning, scheduling and execution of the turnarounds within NRW. The support functions for TSM are providing several expertise (e.g. corrosion analysis) to the plants.- In your new role you lead the maintenance execution managers MECH and PCT and the workshop managers MECH and PCT-
- You will be engaged in and contribute to NRW Technical Council in order to standardize and optimize all NRW technical activities headed by the Head of Technical Site Management-
- Moreover, you will control and optimize maintenance execution related maintenance (FAM) costs according to assigned work scope by Technical Asset Management-
- You will further manage complexity and ambiguity within cross functional teams to ensure sustainable best practice in effective and efficient Work Order Management in all its steps-
- Besides that, you will develop teams and qualifications to efficiently execute all routine maintenance jobs, shutdowns, operations-driven projects and turnarounds at the site Uerdingen-
- To optimize resource usage at Uerdingen you will manage the site wide scheduling function-
- Furthermore, you will ensure strong focus on the needs of production units, technical asset management and the maintainability of new installations-
- Finally, you will actively drive and sponsor maintenance process improvement initiatives across UerdingenWHAT YOU OFFER- You hold a university degree (Master or PhD) preferably in “Chemical Process”, “Chemical/Mechanical Engineering” or “Process control & Automation Engineering”- Your profile shows at least five years of combined management experience in engineering and/or manufacturing- Besides this experience you can prove a record of working in project / turnaround and/or maintenance management roles within the chemical and/or comparable industries- Moreover, you have profound knowledge in external (and Covestro) technical best practices and standards as well as processes, tools and systems associated with the operations and maintenance of a site- You have strong and proven technical and commercial competencies- Furthermore, you convince with leadership and striking communication skills- You are a team player and able to work in a complex environment with excellent interface management- To complete your profile, your English skills are business fluent, both written and spoken, German language would be preferred but not mandatory
