- unterstützen die Abteilungen Customer Center, Procurement und Planning.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört u. a.:

- Kaufmännische und logistische Abwicklung der Aufträge von der Auftragsannahme, - freigabe bis hin zur Terminierung und Fakturierung mit den damit verbundenen Tätigkeiten
- Abstimmung der erforderlichen Maschinen
- und Personalkapazitäten sowie des Materialbedarfs mit den angrenzenden Funktionen
- Betreuung eines Kundenkreises im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld, sowie interne Wabtec Kunden
- Interdisziplinäre Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
- Auslösen von Bestellungen und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Ansprechpartner für Zoll
- und Ausfuhrkontrollen sowie operative Zoll
- und Außenwirtschafts-belange inkl. Begleitung der Zoll
- und Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen

- erwarten für diese Position neben einer kooperativen, eigenverantwortlichen und methodischen Arbeitsweise ein ausgeprägtes Engagement und Kommunikationsgeschick. Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen mit. Sie kommunizieren gut in englischer Sprache und können sicher mit MS Office und ERP Systemen umgehen.
