**Data & BI Solution Architect (f/m/d)**

**Your responsibilities**
- Design and build Business Intelligence systems aimed at delivering key insights in an effective, automated, and reliable way
- Ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices of Data & Business Intelligence are applied correctly
- Maintaining and enforcing the standards for Data & Business Intelligence solution architecture as well as analysing the different workflows
- Working alongside other teams to keep Aquila Data Architecture Models up to date

**Your qualifications**
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable degree
- Several years of experience in data modelling, ETL processes and database technologies
- Experience in Data Virtualization and in Data Integration (Integration Platform and Data Catalogue)
- Knowledge about data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
- Understanding of cloud architectures and strategies
- Experience in Query language SQL and programming language Python as well as relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- High Level Expertise in Microsoft Azure with all related data services (like SQL Databases, Databricks, Cloud Storages (like Blob), Cloud Datawarehouse)
- Experience in data modelling, ETL processes and database technologies, process automation
- Knowing the MS Office 365 Environment well with Apps like Excel, PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online)
- Knowledge about big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- Basic experience in Machine Learning
- General knowledge in GDPR and regulatory requirements in the finance sector is desirable
- Fluent in English, German or Spanish is considered as a plus
