**Aufgaben**:

- Du bist disziplinarische Führungskraft unseres Platform Teams und betreust ca. 25 Mitarbeitende
- Du betreust Mitarbeiter auf individueller Ebene (Onboarding, regelmäßige Feedback-Gespräche, die Unterstützung bei Konflikten und die Schaffung passender Arbeitsumgebungen)
- Du beschäftigst dich intensiv mit den Stärken und Lernfeldern der Mitarbeiter und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen individuelle und zielführende Entwicklungsschritte und -maßnahmen
- Du stehst im engen Austausch mit den Scrum Mastern, förderst das „Wir-Gefühl“ und unterstützt Agilität
- Du stellst die erforderlichen und bedarfsgerechten Trainings und Weiterbildungen für die MA sicher

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalführung; vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf disziplinarische Führung
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, Selbstwahrnehmung, Empathie, kannst Feedback geben und hast ein agiles Mindset
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Bereich Infrastruktur, Netzwerken und IT Technologien, um die Bedürfnisse deiner Mitarbeiter zu verstehen
- Idealerweise hast du Coachingkenntnisse und -erfahrungen z.B. durch eine entsprechende Ausbildung
- Dein Profil runden verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse ab
