**ABOUT THE JOB**
Are you a sales-driven professional with a driving school background? Join our growing team in Germany
**TASK**
- Actively drive the sales of our products.
- Actively use our sales strategies and sales process along the customer´s journey - from first contact to deal and start-up.
- Continuously expand your network and create new strategic partners.
- With the base in product knowledge, you will independently create solutions and quotations.
- You will be the customer´s first point of contact.
- Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade fair participation.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and deal closure.
- Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to help refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and launches.
- Handle administrative follow-up and reporting in CRM, ensuring data quality and transparency.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience from a driving school as an instructor/owner, or as a teacher in vehicle or machine operator training
- Driver´s license is required for this position.
**IT´S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE**
- Experience with public procurement
- Worked with field sales

**TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT**
You will work primarily from your home office but spend around 50% of your time visiting customers and partners across Germany. Occasional travel to Sweden for training, team meetings, and events may be required.
