Continental’s digital capabilities are growing every day. Our eCommerce, Fleet Solutions and Data Science Information Technology team creates a wide range of technology solutions for Continental’s Global Sales and Marketing teams - and we want you to join us

Our team continuously works on the digitalization of our business-to-business processes and end consumer communication, using leading web technologies and a strong focus on data science and artificial intelligence. We run Continental’s global customer relationship management platform, which supports our Sales colleagues in their daily interaction with customers.

The Fleet Solutions part of our team builds global tech platforms using the Internet of Things, big data and automated service management. We constantly strive to improve the user experience for our fleet customers and Continental’s fleet organization.

**In this exciting job you work on the following tasks**:
Designing and implementing secure and high-performance technical solutions that support business digital data and process strategies

Assessing the impact of new requirements on existing platform/solutions, systems and processes

Providing technical leadership to define architecture, system landscape, strategy, and design of Customer Engagement Solutions across our global organization

Understanding and driving requirements for IT delivery in an agile environment

Managing CRM projects with milestones like developing business blueprint, gap analysis, configuration

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in computer science, another technical field or an equivalent qualification

Multiple years of IT or Industry working experience

Salesforce platform configuration and administration covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc.

SFDC platform development standards & methodologies for implementing custom business logics e.g., APEX, LWC, etc.

Multiple years relevant CRM project experience (including working as an architect or developer)

Project management experience e.g. Agile/SCRUM

Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Intercultural sensitivity

Efficient troubleshooting capabilities

Great customer service and interpersonal skills
