Our partner, a successful company in the Internet Publishing sector, is looking for a **Mobile App Team Lead** (M/F/d)** to drive the development of its digital platform. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in **Munich, Germany** (partial work from home is possible).

Your responsibilities:

- Professional and disciplinary management of the app team
- Take part in the technical implementation
- Technical coaching and further development of your employees
- Work closely with other development teams, product management and senior management to design a best-in-class solution for a fully automated identification process

Required qualifications:

- Several years of professional experience in native app development (Android/iOS, Swift, Kotlin)
- Ideally initial experience in management roles
- A degree/diploma in computer science (or similar)
- Strong knowledge of established CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket Pipelines)
- Extensive experience in implementation, operation and continuous optimization of a state-of-the-art SDK (Android aar, iOS Framework) in production
- Preferably experience in computer vision (OpenCV) and client-side performance optimization
- Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, commitment and a high level of motivation
- Strong English (from C1) - German is a plus
