**What success looks like in this role**:
**Develops, manages and leverages relationships with new and future clients to generate opportunity and revenue across the Unisys service and solution lines. Collaborates with client decision makers to seek opportunities, develop plans and execute programs to grow their business and expand adoption of the Unisys ecosystem. Plans, facilitates and conducts complex client negotiations and applies consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions. Combines knowledge of Unisys service capabilities with understanding of client business challenges to develop customized, creative solutions. Proactively and aggressively pursues new business opportunities.**:
- ** Serves as Sales Executive for large and most strategic potential clients.**:
- ** Identifies and qualifies new client opportunities with materially significant Total Contract Value (typically over $200M).**:
- ** Nurtures and maintains consultative relationships with clients’ most senior executives, working with them to refine organizational strategy, develop business models and promote / implement transformative solutions building on Unisys capabilities.**:
- ** Understands organizational culture and awareness of how specific projects/ proposals will help the client achieve their goals.**:
- ** Sees the bigger picture from the client’s optics, listens and recommends ways to increase the client’s mindshare.**:
- ** Collaborates with internal SMEs, Advisors and Sales teams to craft practical solution alternatives, bundling services to address client needs and, at the same time, maximize Unisys’ business value.**:
- ** Translates understanding of client strategy, key performance indicators, goals and return on investment metrics into future sales opportunities and actionable plans.**:
- ** Proactively utilizes available tools and resources to prepare and engage with prospective clients and client influencers to develop and maintain a robust pipeline.**:
- ** Works with Unisys leadership to strengthen the company’s commercialization approach for both new and existing products / services.**:
- ** Identifies and recommends Sales, Marketing and related strategies to substantially expand the Unisys footprint within new markets, industries and regions.**:
- ** Works with internal leadership to set strategic sales growth and revenue objectives across target markets / potential clients; exceeds objectives on a regular and recurring basis.**:
- ** Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working with clients, leveraging company capabilities and driving new business opportunities.**:
- ** Provides expert advice and consultation across the Sales / business development organization.**:
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- ** Depth of successful experience in client-facing, sales and/or business development roles focused on selling consulting and/or technology services to enterprise clients; demonstrated ability to innovate, to be transformative in sales approach and manage complex deal scenarios, while consistently attaining and exceeding sales targets/quotas.**:
- ** Demonstrated ability to influence high value / high volume new logo accounts.**:
- ** Ability to overcome roadblocks and detractors.**:
- ** Executive presence - can credibly engage with C-level executives and add value to them.**:
