Unsere Mission ist gestartet. Wir beginnen im Battery Valley in Salzgitter mit unserer eigenen Batteriezellproduktion und dem Ramp-up unseres weltweiten Headquarters für die weltweiten Zellfertigungen. Das Gesamtressort Technik trägt Verantwortung für den technischen Entwicklungsprozess der Batteriezelle. Die Zuständigkeiten umfassen Forschung, Vorentwicklung von Zellmaterialien und -komponenten, Material
- und Serienentwicklung, Prototypenbau, Erprobung und Analytik von Batteriezellen.

**Your role and key responsibilities**
- Entwicklung der besten Anodenmaterialien, z. B. auf Graphit
- oder Siliziumbasis, für die Lithium-Ionen-Batterien von PowerCo
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten von Anodenmaterialien, Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Partnerschaften
- Durchführung der Synthese, Analyse und Bewertung von Anodenmaterialien in Prüfständen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Anodenmaterialien in die Zellen von PowerCo von der Materialauswahl bis zur Produktion
- Scouting und Analyse technischer Trends, Durchführung von Literatur
- und Patentrecherchen

**What you bring to the team**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches/universitäres Studium der Chemie, Elektrochemie, Materialwissenschaften, Physik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Anodenmaterialien
- Expertenwissen in der Entwicklung von Anodenmaterialien für Lithium-Ionen-Batterien
- Fundiertes Wissen rund um Batteriezelle und Elektromobilität
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, auch und vor allem die Bereitschaft und der Wunsch, in einem innovativen und internationalen Umfeld zusammenzuarbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
