As a Team Lead SaaS you will lead and inspire one or more agile teams and support them building and maintaining the SaaS offerings for Cinemo. The products you and your teams are building will enable customers to experience the future of digital media experiences. It lets them bring any content to any device with our highly innovative technology.

Tasks
- You are responsible for growing and mentoring your team, as a role model you live a healthy feedback culture for your team
- Lead your team in an agile environment, constantly improving the way of working for you and your team in a highly dynamic business
- Recruit new team members and grow your team in a healthy way
- Enable the teams to deliver customer values iteratively, working closely together with Product Management and UX
- Coordinate stakeholders and help the team work on the right priorities
- Guide and teach your team to produce high quality code and to work according to modern agile software craftsmanship and testing approaches
- Ensure service quality, security and operability
- You keep yourself up to date about industry trends, agile and management topic

**Requirements**:

- 5 + years of experience in technical leadership or people management in the software engineering area
- Technical knowledge and understanding for architectures and system designs in a SaaS environment
- Multiple years of experience in professional Software Development
- Working experience with agile development practices and active ambassador of modern engineering practices
- Always learning, keeping on top of the industry and inspiring others to grow and try out new ideas
- Highly communicative and collaborative, striving to achieve the best solution for all
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
