Factory Controller

**Your mission**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- BOM Tracking
- Cost reduction
- Continuously assessing, monitoring and proposing action plans to mitigate gaps and identified risks, to improve efficiency and productivity and to optimize hourly rates.
- KPI´s / Reporting
- Inventory & Fixed Assets control
- Following up on actual workload, capacity, utilization, productivity and hourly rates versus budget and forecast, and continuously provide latest financial outlook and early warnings. In case of deviations, support and follow up on recovery plans.

**Further Tasks**
- Ad hoc analysis
- Support month, quarter and year end closing activities

**Your profile**:
**Required Experience**
- At least 20 years’ experience in Automotive industry (most of them in the Plant)
- Ex controller

**Must-have qualifications**
- Proficient in SAP
- German & English - ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Data analysis and multi-tasking skills

**Nice-to-have qualifications / skills**
- Bachelor of Economics/Finance
- Ability to work independently and with a Team
- Detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles (German Gaap - IFRS is a plus)
