**MARKETING**

**ART DIRECTOR SPORTSTYLE**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Creators and Business Unit in the conception and development of high production communications
-Lead the ideation, concepting, design, visualization of creative marketing concepts
-Work across all marketing channels to execute ideas that deliver on creative directions developed by the Creative Services Team - PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecommerce
-Be a leading voice in both Creative Services Team and cross-channel brainstorming sessions
-Work with the Creative Director and senior management in the business unit to develop briefs for campaigns and other communications initiatives
-Lead creative productions by identifying, hiring and briefing external partners - photographers, illustrators, animators, producers, content creators
-Work with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other types of productions
-Oversee the development of creative guidelines to aid in regional execution of global concepts, as well as the post-production asset selection and retouching process
-Act as a senior leader within the Creative Services Team, while supporting and developing junior members of the Creative Services Team.

**YOUR TALENT**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and/or relevant field of education/study
-Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required
-Culturally connected and passionate with a genuine knowledge and passion for arts/culture, sports, streetwear/fashion
-Digitally focused, with versatile creative suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat on Mac ) to be able to create proof of concepts, moving imagery such as gifs and video content
-Thorough understanding of creative process as well as interactive, digital design and video storytelling
-Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation including concept ideation, design development, pre
- and post
- production
-Exceptional presentation skills and proven ability to effectively work with senior management to brainstorm, design and strategize the fulfillment of marketing executions
-Extensive experience directing and overseeing both studio and location photo shoots under aggressive, time-sensitive conditions
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to function autonomously and in a cooperative, diverse group
-Leadership capabilities, including ability to manage, motivate and mentor others within work group
-Experience in the footwear, athletic/apparel industry a plus.
